    I did a winter Exploring and Dog Sledding adventure, it was fantastic. If you are looking at them you will hear about how fantastic Greg's cooking is, everything you hear is true. On top of being an excellent chef, he is also a locavore, and apparently has a myriad of other skills including building houses and stone masonry. The guides Jeff and Kim are knowledgeable in all winter sports, wildlife and the history of the area, they are friendly and really make you part of the big family. Finally the dog sledding with Ed was fantastic, it felt like a once in a lifetime experience. I am writing this glowing review because I want them to be rewarded for all the hard work they put in to the entire experience.
